This kit is designed to mount the Fuel Cell Surge Tank's lift pump to the bottom of a deep fuel cell. The standard FCST lift pump brackets are designed for fuel cells that are no deeper than 10 inches (from the underside of the fill plate to the bottom of the lift pump filter sock). This extension kit permits an additional 8 inches over the standard brackets and will reach to the bottom of fuel cells that are up to 17 deep.
The kit includes two 5052 aluminum brackets that are laser cut, formed, bright-dipped, and than Type-II anodized. Simply cut to length using a band saw, cut-off wheel, etc.
Longer hose and/or wiring may be necessary.
