Cobb Intake Tube Kit Subaru WRX 2022-2025 | 746100

Installation pretty straight forward. I had it for a month, bought the intake tube due to california smog regulation. Doesn't make the turbo sound but it does give 1 psi extra on boost. I switched to something else.

Solid piece, little tricky to install but definitely doable. Not a huge sound difference.

Doubt intakes make much power without tuning, but it's a 1st step getting to the point of getting there.

You can now hear the turbo spool up and the waste gate dump.

Love the increase in airflow. Not as much as a full intake, but still good!

Tube looks super heavy duty as it's metal. Not plastic like the stock one. Can't wait to get this put on the car

Fairly simple install with the right tools. Since I live in CA, this was the best option for me. Cobb does not disappoint and thank you IIR for the quick shipping!

For what its priced, this thing is hella bang for buck. Enough noise comes from the intake and isnt as loud as an actual CAI, but its nice. Also it passes through warranty easy given the factory airbox which means MAF doesnt need a rescale. And finalyl, even though it isnt a full CAI, I managed to actually squeeze a lot more power with the JB4 along with drop in filter and charcoal delete, and man is the difference actually night and day.

I decided to buy the Cobb intake tube since I already have a drop in Perrin Filter and I do not regret it, It sounds as if I had a proper intake In the car it isn't a 1 to 1 sound-wise since it isn't extremely loud like an ETS or Perrin Full Intake would be but the sound is there. If you want a semi-stock look with the benefits of more intake air look no further. I will say if you have pretty big hands is pretty hard to work around the Turbo area took me longer than I wanted because of this issue but the work was well worth it.
