This Company23 timing belt guide kit replaces the flimsy factory timing belt guide with an improved billet design which helps prevent the timing belt from skipping under heavy acceleration/deceleration events. The unique slotted mounting holes adjust for different manufacturers belts.
Included in this kit is a timing belt spacer that accurately sets the gap of all four timing belt guides.

This guide was missing after shipping my motor out for rebuild. After 3 skipped timing advance repairs (belts and tensioners) by my mechanic friend taking a shot at my Subaru, a forum post reply to my issue, with a link to this part, made us aware that it was missing and an expensive mystery was solved. [Thats what those holes were for...lol] This part was probably of higher quality than I needed, but I wasn't in the mood to research. Quality for sure.
