This Forester XT exhaust is a 3 inch exhaust all the way from the front flange, to the straight through muffler with a 3.5 inch tip. Unlike some of the other exhaust systems, this design doesn't reduce down to 2.5 inches ANYWHERE!
With this exhaust system, you should see a 10-12 whp gain without a problem!
All hardware is included to make this an easy bolt on system that you could do in your driveway.
Fitment on this exhaust was spot on had no problems with install. I like the sound and it looks sharp.
Huge fan of the OEM plus look. Foresters are notorious for exhaust drone because of the rear cabin but this exhaust doesnt have this problem. It unlocks that beautiful subie rumble without being obnoxious. Fairly quiet at idle and cruising speed but opens up tremendously when you get on it which is the best of both worlds if you ask me. The fit was prefect and installed with zero issues.
Installed on a 2003 forester xs. Yes this fits perfectly on this car, and I recommend the invidia downpipe. Also getting longer rubber hangers is a good idea as if you have a trailer hitch, the muffler will hit it with short hangers

Fits like a glove on my 04 FXT. Great sound. Not too loud and not a lot of drone. Gives the car a little more of a "sleeper" status, until the EWG opens. Also literally received it after 1 day.
Sounds amazing! Looks great easy to install. I would recommend buying the kartboy hanger extensions as the tip is really close to the bumper.
Easy to install and the tone was perfect not too loud but not too quiet either just perfect while cruising just the perfect tone to hear
Installed while I had the engine out doing a valve job. Having installed a lot of aftermarket exhaust, this one bolted right up and was perfectly centered to the bumper. And the sound is perfect. Not loud at all under normal cruise or idle. But once under heavier load it opens up but not obnoxiously. Highly recommend.
sounds amazing and looks just stock enough. Rumbles a lot but doesnt drone terribly on the highway. Bolts right up with an adapter.
