Fits all Subaru models (Impreza/WRX/STI/Legacy/Forester/Baja/BRZ) and Toyota (FRS/86) equipped with a 35 series battery and two J-hooks, as well as most OEM-sized/lightweight batteries under 7" wide.

Install Note: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN Tiedown as it could cause the powder coat to crack and wear prematurely. Torque to OEM 5-8ft/lbs

Grabbed this replacement tie down since the dealer was going to charge more to replace the OEM tie down. Great quality and shipped quickly.
Only issue is getting the nut off closest to the firewall, but it’s great otherwise
Not that there was anything wrong with my OE battery tie down on my 2019 WRX; I just wanted a change. The black GrimmSpeed tie down looks and feels nice and mostly blends in with the black top of the battery. Battery is just as secure with the new tie down as it was with the original. Thanks IIR.
