Similar to the other review on here, I had some hail damage to my stock hood and used it as an excuse to upgrade. I've seen most people with the CW style and wanted one diffrent from the crowd plus the side vents remind me of rally so it was a win win. There was a lengthy lead time but in the end was well worth it. Packaging was absolutely flawless and was apearant that Seibon takes their time when boxing the product up. Quality is fantastic with a few small gripes but nothing that makes me regret my purchase. First of which is where the hood latch mounts, as is the hood ends up sitting quite low and doesn't meet flush with the bumper. I made a shim out of plexiglass to remedy this and it fits great now. As for flush fit on the fenders, you only need to adjust the rubber bump stops under the hood to get it right. The mesh on the scoop and vents seems a little cheap but not that big of a deal. Lastly is the lack of mounting holes for the factory duct that directs air to the intercooler as well as the heat shield. The way the underside of the hood was molded you can clearly see where the holes should be and match up with both components ( I checked) but they were never drilled out. I am going to drill them myself but was just curious as to why Seibon doesn't just take care of it. Any how gripes aside I am very happy with the hood and will continue to be a loyal customer of IIR.

Had to replace my hood so figured why not upgrade. Fit and finish is great on the carbon fiber. There are a few draw backs I didn't think of and one minor quality issue that's not a big deal but should still be mentioned. I still have a top mount intercooler and with this hood you lose the factory ducting that directs air to the intercooler. I will be upgrading to front mount eventually so no big deal but I'm going to keep an eye on IATs in the meantime to see if there's a significant difference. The one quality thing I will say is the metal grate in the main scoop wasn't well coated so I will have to remove it and hit it with more black. There is some silver showing through in a couple places which irritates me but it's easily fixed. Just a little quality control seibon should look at. The carbon itself is flawless however so I still give it 5 stars.
