Tried installing on a 2002 wrx, cut the coupler about an 1/8 too short on the turbo side so the clamp would no longer hold the coupler without sliding off. It does make contact with the tv a on the coupler, and if you plan on running your pcv system (many delete this for an AOS) then you will need to come up with additional plumbing as you will be supplied with a plug for the pcv system. It also locates the pcv port under the intake manifold, rather than behind and clear of it, which makes any solution extremely difficult.
Gonna leave 5 stars because it’s still a beautiful piece, and it’s earned a reputation as the best inlet out there, hence why I paid the premium for it, it just didn’t work for me. Double and triple check that it will work for you before installing as the second you follow the instructions (trimming the coupler) you void the ability to return it.
I ended up buying the tomei, which fit without any modification at all.
One of my picture shows my attempt at a pcv solution using 1/4npt to 1/2” hose and an elbow.

Installed along with Cobb SF intake and Cobb V3 aOS on ‘18 STI. Product is beautifully crafted, durable, and looks certainly catches the eye. Reason for 4 stars, produce does not come with fittings which are compatible with Cobb/IAG AOS. Also, I took the route of removing intake manifold. Due to the fact, the rear fitting was impossible to install with it hitting manifold. Once installed, product is amazing.

So i bought this for my 2005 STI (even though IIR's website DID state it was for the 2007+) hoping I could make it happen. As it turns out....I couldn't. I reached out to KillerB directly and they confirmed that the 2005 STI has a low runner on the intake manifold and that the coolant crossover tubers are higher. I returned the product and purchased a silicone inlet. Even though I could not install the KillerB unit it was truly a beautiful piece of engineering.

Looks amazing and does it’s job. Grant it I had the intake manifold pulled off before installing. Worth the price.
What an absolute unit of engineering. This inlet is incredible, and the fact that you can get a 3” inlet under the stock manifold is rad. For those of you using this with a GrimmSpeed intake, you’ll want a 3” to 2.75” reducer coupler (Mishimoto makes one).
