Super quick and easy install the YouTube video import image has on these is incredibly helpful! The carbon fiber looks incredible in person.
I grabbed some of the carbon fiber struts on a whim because they looked slick. After watching the install video from IIR, I jumped right in and had them done in no time. They just add to the already sporty look of the vehicle. A must for any BRZ or GR86!
These really should come installed from the factory. Fit and finish is perfect and the struts work great.
Could not have been happier with my Purchase of these hood struts. The install video on YouTube gives you exactly what you need to do and literally took me 10 minutes. I don’t know why the Subaru BRZ or Toyota GR 86 didn’t come with these OEM.
I feel like this hood strut should come standard. Nice and well made product.
I was anxiously waiting on these hood struts to be released in the US for my 22 BRZ, don’t know if previous year models would work. I love them; easily one of the best mods I’ve done on any vehicle. I did keep the prop rod rod in place just in case…
IIR is great on offering new stuff for the BRZ, l just wished I would’ve ordered my color matched duck-bill spoiler from them verses ordering from Japan (woulda saved some $).
Hood struts instillation was easy and they look great.
Perfect fitment and quality material. Less than 10 min. To install both struts. Carbon fiber on the struts are excellent.
