Installation
Bolts included are designed to be used with factory STI holes in trunk, if you have OEM spoiler you will need to open the holes up slightly to get the bolts in properly. These bolts are NOT required for install. Be sure to seal bare metal with sealant to prevent rust.
Prep the application area and make sure it is free from dust, debris, wax, and has not been freshly ceramic coated. This spoiler can be installed with just 3M.
The 3M requires installation temperatures of 70-80 degrees. It has a solid bond after 24 hours and will achieve full bond after 72 hours.
Use another person to test fit the spoiler prior to starting the actual install. Note the proper position. Apply 3M to the spoiler and remove the ends of the 3M backing tape. Expose enough so that you can pull it out from under the wing once you put it back on.
Reposition the spoiler in the correct position, double check bolt alignment and start the bolts but do not tighten yet. Remove all of the 3M backing tape. Press down firmly and apply pressure for 30 seconds along each section of the spoiler. Open the trunk, finish tightening the bolts and reassemble the trunk cover.

The spoiler was very easy to install and looks nice. The big difference with this spoiler and the others, is that the spoiler has two threaded imbeds that allow bolts to secure it to the truck lid. Along with the double-sided tape, the spoiler is very rigid and secure. Highly recommended this product!!
Looks really good and was easy to install with the 3M. However, the holes for the screws do not line up. If you want to use screws, you'll have to permanently drill out your trunk. Don't say it's specifically for this car when it doesn't fit without permanently damage to the car.
This a great prouduct perfect color match , and good material. I chose this over a wing because I feel this looks better on the VB chassis. Fast shipping, and ease of ordering . The double sided tape works fine , just clean trunk with alcohol . I have the base model so bolts wasn't an option .
