Key Features
To truly recreate the S209 look, you're going to need some fender vents. These ABS vents are OE quality and install in the best manner possible. 3M + clip in.
Works great with the various fender shrouds on the market.
There are two versions and the only difference is the mounting template. The method of installation allows for slightly rough cuts to be covered by the new trim piece. Just like you may have seen with aftermarket S209 rear bumper cooling vents.
NOTE: These can be used in different applications as long as the mounting surface is flat.
Installation
Use the template to map out where you want to place your fender vent. You will need to use painter's tape, a marker, and a saw to cut the sheet metal. Be sure to paint the metal afterwards to prevent rust.
Make sure the area is cleaned and prepped before installing the inner side of the fender vent. The outer portion then clicks over this.
Remember that ideal bonding temperature is 75-85 degrees and it takes 24 hours for a good bond and 72 hours for a 100 percent bond. Best to do this in relatively mid to low level humidity.

The fender vents have a nice oem feel and look to them. The cut out provided placed them in the perfect spot, I did have to only use the top of the cut out as my s209 flares were in the way of where the bottom would line up with the wheel well. I think these paired with some vented fender shrouds will definitely help with getting heat out of the engine bay. I'm super happy with them and the experience with IIR. Thank you!
