Noble first offered this spoiler in paint matched options. Now we have gone back to the drawing board and redone the mold so it could be coated in a beautiful layer of real carbon fiber.
The use of carbon fiber gives it a sleek, sporty look. It's ready to install right out of the box, so just add it to your cart today.
Type 1 or Type 2
Type 1 - Vacuum formed carbon. Produces a thinner product and fuses the carbon and resin extremely well. 100% carbon fiber coverage. Longer production times and higher cost (this spoiler).
Type 2 - Overlaid carbon. Produces a very rigid product and fuses carbon and resin on top of a fiberglass / FRP shell. Mounting surface is not covered in carbon. Comes in at a slightly lower price point and can be manufactured quicker (click here for type 2 model).
NOTE: 3M is pre-applied for installation.
Installation
Prep the application area and make sure it is free from dust, debris, wax, and has not just freshly ceramic coated. This spoiler can be installed with just 3M.
The 3M requires installation temperatures of 70-80 degrees. It has a solid bond after 24 hours and will achieve full bond after 72 hours.
Use another person to test fit the spoiler prior to starting the actual install. Note the proper position. Apply 3M to the spoiler and remove the ends of the 3M backing tape. Expose enough so that you can pull it out from under the wing once you put it back on.
Reposition the spoiler in the correct position and remove all of the 3M backing tape. Press down firmly.
Great molding and fitment, very nice weave on the fiber. Looks incredibel, really ties in the whole look of the rear end.

Impressed with the quality of the carbon on this spoiler. It looks great. Affixed with 3M tape and two M6 bolts through two of the existing holes from removal of the small OEM spoiler. I had to elongate the holes about 1/16 inwards to fit the threads on the spoiler. Used some aluminum tape to cover the other 4 holes.
Awesome wing; installs easily w/ 3M tape and/or using factory wing hardware. If you have a base model all ya need is 3M tape!
