You'll think the rivet isn't working but just keep turning and it will eventually tighten up.
This is a cool add on to help close the trunk lid without touching the trunk lid. Would have been nice if it was a factory option.
Public Service Announcement
Word of advise DON'T open the hole with anything but a step bit. If you don't have one buy one and save yourself trouble I repeat do NOT attempt using a drill bit. Even with that you may want to shimmy something behind that area just incase.
