An oil catch can is essential on a performance vehicle to protect the engine from elevated levels of crankcase blow-by accumulated from high performance driving. Excess oil saturated air circulating back into the air intake stream can lead to degraded performance. Radium Engineering catch cans
This kit is perfect for stock or modified street cars as a preventative measure to keep oil and sludge out of the intake tract, intercooler, and intake manifold. The direct-injected Subaru FA20F engine in particular has an inherent problem since there are no port injectors to clean the backside of the intake valves.
The forward catch can intercepts the CCV line and the rear catch can intercepts the PCV line. The system is completely sealed and retains factory function of the PCV valve. The catch cans are sealed and will withstand pressure in boosted applications.
The Radium Petcock Drain Kit is not compatible with this kit. This kit may not be compatible with some aftermarket air intake systems.

Delivered early and phenomenal product. Packed well, all items given by Radium. May have issue running a dual catch can with certain intake boxes which may require some modification to intake box or placement of bracket for catch can.
I was split between this and an AOS but because of where I live, it would be easier to run catch cans due to the sludge issues for some AOS lines. I also preferred the placement of these! It was about a 2 hour install from start to finish. Fairly easy! Would definitely recommend!

I just got these installed today and all I can say is they are great. I installed mine slightly different than written in the manual as per the 2015-2017 WRX. I didn’t like the routing of the front vent hose nor did I like the routing to the turbo inlet, so I improvised and made the stock vent hose work with two cuts in the stock vent hose and used two smaller pieces of hose then routed them to the catch can. Much much happier doing it that way over what was written. Check out my photo to see how I routed it.
Every DIT needs this. Why delay? I waited until my 30K warranty was up just to play it safe. But this is a must. Not a sexy mod but if you love your WRX you'll do it for her health!

Install was easy, took about an hour and a half. Product is worth every penny hands down.
Installed this recently on my 2019 WRX. Install was a breeze. Took me about 1.5 hours start to finish. Hardest part was probably connecting the new hoses to the PCV and the intake since I have bigger hands and its a tight space. Looking forward to my next oil change to see what crap was taken out of my engine. The quality on this kit is amazing as well. Well done Radium 👏
