NRG Short Hub Adapter Subaru WRX / STI 2002-2007 | SRK-103H

Fits perfect on '07 STI. Easy install as expected. Allows you to keep the clockspring, which is a luxury considering most short hubs require you to remove it. My only gripe would be it is on the thicker side. The wheel felt it was sitting in my chest and the column was far too extended when paired with the NRG Quick Release 2.0. I had to mount my wheel direct to the hub for it to sit in a good spot. Still, I give it 5-stars considering it HAD to be a certain thickness to fit the clockspring. But if you plan to run a quick release, I'd recommend getting the SRK-100H. If keeping the clockspring is a must, then I'd reccommend not pairing with a dished wheel, or getting the slimmest quick release available. Photo provided is final install, wheel to hub.

Honestly this hub is very easy to install. Fits the clockspring so there’s no trouble with wires and cutting. Highly recommend this one over the smaller version as you will need to remove the clockspring. The wires and resistors all fit inside but it will be a tight fit. Great to replace the stock wheel or looking for a little extra security with a quick release which is what I did. Quick releases will make the wheel sit about 2-3in closer so if you go deep dish it will be closer. Has made my wrx feel more race carish. Install time was under an hour.

Perfect fit, looks really good with my personal steering wheel.
