AVAILABLE MATERIALS
Clean the application and surrounding areas prior to applying. We recommend the following items for installation:
Make sure there is no wax on the lens. You can wet the back of the vinyl with a few drops of dish soap in a cup of water. This allows you to slide the vinyl around into the right position. Once you have found that position, use your fingers to push out the soapy water. Allow to dry. LOW heat can be used to dry out the vinyl quicker.
Please use our BRZ installation as a reference for now.
Take you time installing and make sure the surfaces are clean and you’ll be fine. I had a few bits of dust that stuck to the inside of the film but you can’t even tell unless the sun is directly reflecting on them. They look great and you can still decently see the turn signals through them.
Super easy install. Definitely make sure you've got a dust free surface, and definitely give a bubble bath wipe to the overlay so you can adjust while placing. Great upgrade for just a few bucks.
Definitely recommend. Adds a sick look to your tail lights. I chose the honeycomb overlay and it looks awesome.
At this cost, and as little skill/effort needed, these overlays will change the rear end of your WRX the most out of any other product at a similar price point.
Such a nice look to the lights. I didn’t want the dark picked light smoke. Just the right amount to cover but does not look like everyone else’s car.
