As in the last generation 86 and BRZ, Japan might have done it best with their very own clear sidemarkers. Not only are these plug and play genuine Subaru parts, but the design is slightly different. These feature a unique aero bulge feature which ties into the tail lights more than the USDM orange sidemarkers.

The amber marker lights that were stock on my GR86 in the US were just wrong. The clear marker lights coordinate much better with my aqua car.
No idea why orange gets used, these clear ones still use orange lighting. OEM quality, because, well, it's OEM. Looks pretty good on black/gray/silver/white cars, kinda alright on other colors.
Item was just as descriptive, looks sharp installed. Fast delivery made it in time for Christmas.

Definitely an improvement over the stock USDM side markers. And OEM quality means fit was perfect. If you don’t want to pay the OEM tax Noble has side makers that are just as great!
