Original design cues from the headlamps were taken and incorporated into the design. These are factory plug and play units for the 2015+ VA platform*. They are wired for US spec vehicles.
Color options complement those offered for the F1 Style Rear Fog Light.
SubiSpeed began this project in May of 2014. At this time the tail light design and production was just a concept. The first sample was ready around 12 months later. From here the tools to create these lamps were tuned even further until a production ready sample was complete days before Jan 1st 2016.

The SubiSpeed tail light has two options for turn signal operation. It can behave like a standard tail light with simple on / off lighting. You can also utilize the built in sequential turn signals. A switch built into the wiring allows a quick change from one mode to the other.
A popular question among our customers was if the tail as turn module was compatible. The answer is a solid YES. You can skip the amber turn signals and use the brake light as a turn signal. Everyone has their preferences and this allows for even greater customization!
Installation can be complete in under 45 minutes by most. We include all the wiring required to get the job done. Follow Kevin as he installs a set on our 2015 WRX.

These tail lights are a great replacement for the stock red lense tail lights. I chose the clear lense black base red c light. Installation was smooth and simple. My only complaint is that the resistors are surprisingly large and heavy. They do hide behind the trunk carpet so you won't notice them once they are installed. The resistors were required for me to prevent hyperblink even with a led flasher module. The C light does a great job diffusing the light so you done have led hot spots. Highly recommend.

I really love these tail lights, and they definitely give a tougher look to my car. They shipped extremely fast, and I was very excited that they were a super simple install. I’m newer to the car community and was a little nervous if I would be able to install them myself, but to my relief they were super simple/do able. 100% recommend!
Love the overall look. Installation was a breeze, even considering my limited experience/knowledge with modifications. I wish the turn signal & reverse lights had a diffuser over them, but it still looks great overall

I had been looking for these for a while but they seemed to be sold out everywhere. I emailed them and had a few questions. They answered them very quickly. They arrived 4 days after my order. These are the updated plug and play version so they were easy to install. I didn't have to run any wires to the front of the car or anything. Took maybe 30 mins tops. Will be purchasing more stuff from these guys.
