Good upgrade for the transmission
Stiffens trans during hard shifts.

Easy install and installed this with the positive shift bushings and while the noise has increased from OEM to 10 times more this certainly lets you know that the power is going through the gears. Really good for the daily aggressive driver. Not great for just a daily driver. Way to much noise from the tranny.
Solid mount for the 22 WRX fit like a glove and definitely got rid of the annoying bucking u feel In lower speeds with the stock trans mount definitely will give a little bit of noise in cabin but nothing more then what my GrimSpeed Race Series pitch stop was giving already.

Absolutely stiffens everything up, but do know it will sound like a tractor inside the car now. I love it, my girlfriend loves it, you might not. It’s loudness is definitely not for everyone.
