If you have a grimmspeed front mount this will lower your coolant temps a few degrees
This part was really easy to install. I was able to block off the TMIC scoop on my 19 STI in just under 20 minutes.

Install was pretty easy. Just take your time. Intake temps have dropped a good bit after installing this.
Great invention to keep out leaves and debris when you remount to a FMIC, the scoop is just now an open hole
Pretty straightforward install, although no formal instructions were included or found, some Youtube videos can be located to help if necessary. Removal of both the plastic shroud for the underside of the hood (for the TMIC) and the fabric-y sound deadening shroud was pretty straightforward. Just a note (prolly the only one who did this initially): make sure to install the U-clips with the pointed end going up into the top of the hood scoop. Otherwise you may risk what happened to me and snap a plastic mounting point trying to remove and reinstall the U-clips. There's only a little bit of backwards play on the snapped side without the clip, so hopefully I don't need a new hood scoop. Other than that, I decided to reinstall the fabric-y sound deadening material back onto the underside of the hood to reduce any noise coming from the engine bay.
